Pastificio Pasta is crafted from a blend of fresh milled in house heirloom and ancient wheat and durum flour. They are all organic and whole grain. We’re proud to offer the following varieties:
Garganelli: crafted from a blend of fresh milled in house heirloom and ancient wheat and durum flour.
Casarecce: crafted from a blend of fresh milled in house heritage and ancient wheat and durum flour. Casarecce means “handmade” in Italian.
Rigatoni: crafted from a blend of fresh milled in house heirloom and ancient wheat and durum flour. The heritage wheat we use in this blend is White Sonora, grown by Aspen Moon Farm.
