Lost Sauces
Lost Sauces started as a covid project in 2021. Chef Addy's career started 15 years ago, in Las Vegas. From becoming a bartender out of necessity during the economy crashing in 2009, and finding out he was going to be a father the same month of walking away from a plumbing and fire sprinkler company. Going full force into bartending, he was fortunate enough to become fully engulfed in some amazing places. From banquets at 5-star hotels, to multi-million dollar nightclubs, all the way to local dive bars. Becoming a bar consultant in the process. After meeting a private banquet firm as their lead bartender, he was able to work alongside and train with chefs with Michelin star pedigree. Constantly adapting and wanting to learn more, Addy met his bbq mentor Bill Miller, who was mentored by Sweet Baby Ray, Himself. After a few years of that and moving to Denver, along with a few more bar gigs and consulting spots, like Linger and Punchbowl Social, covid hit. This sparked Addy to open a small kitchen out of a tiny dive bar with elevated Burgers and Wings. Addy took the claim as SECOND BEST WINGS 2021. However, the bar didn't withstand covid so Addy decided to pivot and create Lost Sauces.
